This blog will be me documenting activity in my own personal home and the collation sometimes between activity in my home and the cases I am working on. I will never use the last name or give the exact location of families I work with.
My hope is that this blog will be of help to those of you in haunting situations looking to learn more about what's going on.
We really are not home a lot during the summer, as we travel a lot. But here are some highlights from June 2010:
We were traveling so I don't know the day this happened, but our son has moved into his own place, but stays in our home when we area traveling. Anyway he called me and left a message the first week of June that he had came into our house twice that week and the radio in the kitchen was blairing loud, then this also happened to my husband the second week of June. The strange thing is no one in our home listens to country music and it keeps coming onto a country station.
Tuesday, June 15, 2010 New Moon, 11:11 PM EST - I walk into the parlor and faintly I hear, "It's number 3." I look around and see no one and again I hear, "Hey, it's me number 3." I pick up my land line which was on the receiver and see it's hung up. Just as I start to hang it up very loudly out of the receiver "Look over here, it's me number 3." I looked around and see a light mist in the left corner by my rocking chair. I said, "Nice to meet you number 3." Didn't hear anything else after that. Very weird.

Twice this past month my husband and I have awaken to a woman whaling
throughout the house......as soon as I heard her I knew what was coming. My
mothers side of the family is Scottish and we have a banshee that whales
horribly before death. The last time I heard her was right before my grandfather
and little cousins death years ago. This time a cousin on my mother side passed,
then I heard her the second time and my mothers sister (My aunt), was found dead
in her home of an apparent heart attack just around two weeks after my cousin.
We awoke this morning to the wailing for a third time and I thought, "Dear God
we cannot handle anymore right now."
So I thought I would post this from Wikipedia on banshee's for anyone who
has never heard of them.

The story of the bean-sidhe began as a fairy woman keening at the death of important persons. In later stories the appearance of the banshee could foretell the death. Banshees were said to appear for particular Irish families, though which families made it onto this list varied depending on who was telling the story. The banshee can appear in a variety of guises. Most often she appears as an ugly, frightening hag, but can also appear as a stunningly beautiful woman of any age that suits her. In some tales, the figure who first appears to be a "banshee" is later revealed to be the Irish battle goddess, the Morrígan. The hag may also appear as a washer-woman, or bean-nighe (washing woman), and is seen washing the blood stained clothes or armour of those who are about to die. Although not always seen, her mourning call is heard, usually at night when someone is about to die and usually around woods. In 1437, King James I of Scotland was approached by an Irish seer or banshee who foretold his murder at the instigation of the Earl of Atholl. This is an example of the banshee in human form. There are records of several human banshees or prophets attending the great houses of Ireland and the courts of local Irish kings. In some parts of Leinster, she is referred to as the bean chaointe (keening woman) whose wail can be so piercing that it shatters glass. In Kerry in the southwest of Ireland, her keen is experienced as a "low, pleasant singing"; in Tyrone in the north, as "the sound of two boards being struck together"; and on Rathlin Island as "a thin, screeching sound somewhere between the wail of a woman and the moan of an owl". The banshee may also appear in a variety of other forms, such as that of a Hooded Crow, stoat, hare and weasel - animals associated in Ireland with witchcraft. In Irish legend, a banshee wails around a house if someone in the house is about to die. There are particular families who are believed to have banshees attached to them, and whose cries herald the death of a member of that family. Traditionally, when a citizen of an Irish village died, a woman would sing a lament (in Irish: caoineadh, [ˈkɰiːnʲə] or [ˈkiːnʲuː], "caoin" meaning "to weep, to wail") at their funeral. These women singers are sometimes referred to as "keeners" and the best keeners would be in much demand. Legend has it that, for five great Gaelic families — the O'Gradys, the O'Neills, the O'Briens, the O'Connors, and the Kavanaghs — the lament would be sung by a fairy woman; having foresight, she would sing the lament when a family member died, even if the person had died far away and news of their death had not yet come, so that the wailing of the banshee was the first warning the household had of the death. In later versions the banshee might appear before the death and warn the family by wailing. [1] When several banshees appeared at once, it indicated the death of someone great or holy.[2] The tales sometimes recounted that the woman, though called a fairy, was a ghost, often of a specific murdered woman, or a woman who died in childbirth.[3] Banshees are frequently described as dressed in white or grey, and often having long, fair hair which they brush with a silver comb, a detail scholar Patricia Lysaght attributes to confusion with local mermaid myths. This comb detail is also related to the centuries-old traditional romantic Irish story that, if you ever see a comb lying on the ground in Ireland, you must never pick it up, or the banshees (or mermaids — stories vary), having placed it there to lure unsuspecting humans, will spirit such gullible humans away. Other stories portray banshees as dressed in green, red or black with a grey cloak. Banshees are common in Irish and Scottish folk stories such as those recorded by Irish-American writer Herminie T. Kavanagh. They enjoy the same mythical status in Ireland as fairies and leprechauns. Banshees continue to appear in modern fiction that deals with mythology, folklore or the supernatural. |

Last week I was relaxing meditating in our guest room in the bed and it started shaking like crazy. I grabbed the ghost box and simply ask why and here is what I got: Q.Why does my bed feel like it's vibrating? A. Playing with it....You're not a sleep. Our son moved back home in December in order to get his finances back on track, and we have been traveling a lot. If you read through our blog you know that this is a pretty active home. I run Eastern Paranormal and have been a haunted person for as long as I can recall. As to write every door slam (Happens a lot), knock, bump,....I am just going to document the activity that just left us scratching our heads since its been so long since we updated.

We arrived home to find our 26 year old son sitting on the back porch. We ask him what was up he said he heard like a woman on a radio like she was right as his ear. He seemed a bit shaken by it.
Thursday the 14th & Friday, January 15, 2010 Most Of The Day, New Moon
Around 3:AM Thursday night my husband and I awoke in our guest room downstairs (Our room is undergoing a complete remodel) to what sounded like someone dragging something heavy down our stairs, it went thump, thump, thump, thump, thump, finally we got up. Nothing. We have no ideal why the 15th was so active here. We had doors slamming, Voices at different ends of the house....Then my husband and son went to the movies and left me here alone. I was on the phone with Michelle in WV and the dogs started. Then it sounded like broken glass in my upstairs bedroom. I got a huge butcher knife with her on the phone and Pandy and Squirt behind me. Nothing. Then we were heading down the stairs and it sounded like someone pounding the floor with a hammer. Michelle is like, "What on earth is that? What are you going to do?" My husband and son got home around 10

We've had a lot of activity in the parlor area of our home. It needs to be noted that we are taking the parlor apart for painting. This also means so minor wall construction. Construction and paranormal activity have been found to go hand in hand.

Mish EST New MoonI was coming out of the laundry room into the kitchen when that same big glass cobalt blue jug flew from the back of the refrigerator (I collect old colored bottles and there are a ton of them in front of that one) 10 FEET EXACTLY and landed at my feet unharmed. To add to that my husband was entering the kitchen from the hallway/dining area and seen the whole thing. He said, "OMG, are you OK?" I said, "Yeah." He then said, "Whose here doing that?" I said, "I don't know I don't see anyone," and I didn't see anyone, or hear anything. Someone simply wanted our attention. For what reason is unclear.....

We were awaken at exactly 3:AM, in the morning by having our light/ceiling fan come on. We had been a sleep for hours. Now that really startled us. We were just about to fall back asleep around 3:20 AM when we heard three loud thumps on the stairs "Thump, thump, thump." I sounded like something being drug down the stairs. We got up did the entire house search, found nothing. Got back in bed around 4:AM EST.

I was upstairs when my bulldog puppy Squirt (See his video a couple of post down) ran up the stairs howling and shaking. He hid behind me. I came out to the landing and seen a large white hazy shadow walking towards me. I said, "Show yourself." Then just as it was disappearing I heard very clearly the name "Ann." If you have followed my blogs you know I have gotten a good many EVP's that say "Ann." Poor Squirt had to be coaxed back downstairs with dog cookies. |

We were traveling a good bit in July & August. The house seems to be picking up in activity lately. I personally believe that is because of the Fall/Holiday Season approaching.
July 11, 2009 11:15 PM EST, Full Moon - Derf & I were laying on the couch watching a DVD, drifting in & out of sleep when we were starteled by three loud knocks coming out of our living room closet (Please see the ghost box capture about this closet above).
July 24, 2009 8:AM EST, New Moon - We were awaken to the smell of eggs & bacon cooking accompanied to the faint sound of big band and swing music.
August 6, 2009 Midnight EST, Full Moon - Just as we both walk upstairs to go to bed we hear our living room door open and slam shut twice. Pandy came out into the hallway looking very puzzled.
August 12, 2009 11:30 PM EST, Full Moon - We had went to bed fairly early that night and was awaken to the feeling of the mattress pushing up, like a knotted fist in it. This was in my sons old room we are using while remodeling ours. This is the same room two of our aunts from different sides of the family had experiences in.
August 24, 2009 1:45 PM EST, New Moon - My husband had went to our surrogate Italian families to visit for a few hours leaving me alone here at the house. Several times on different ghost boxes I have picked up old time phones ringing and have also picked them up ringing via EVP. Anycow, I was in my parlor working away when I hear one of those old phones ringing. Ours play music tunes. Anycow, I search the house looking for a TV or radio on and found nothing. It sounded as if it was coming from our guest bedroom, but there is not even a phone jack in there. So while standing in there I hear it again coming from my parlor. So I go in there and it sounds like it is coming from inside our 1800's piano which is simply impossible.

From time to time I post EVP's, other paranormal video than our home I find interesting. Today is such a day
Someone sent me this Michael Jackson Ghost Video swearing it was real. I thought, "Sure it is." I spent a couple of hours hunting down the original footage and suffering through the entire Larry King interview, but I found it on CNN's original footage at (@ around the 23:54 minute mark): After viewing it on CNN I seen it is not a fraudulent video as in someone inserting the shadow. Is it Michael Jackson's ghost? Whose to say? I found it interesting in the footage that the shadow cast a shadow on the floor... Could it be someone outside the house? Doubtful in that the shadow walks straight through the home with no turning. But whose say? The only way to know for sure would be to duplicate everything that was going on at that very moment on the outside and inside of the home... Here is ghost section broke down on You Tube: |

Saturday, May 9, 2009, 11:15 PM EST, Full Moon - As I was drifting in and out of sleep on my husband on the couch we heard three VERY loud bangs that appeared to be coming out from under our living room floor. Wednesday, May 20, 2009 10:30 PM EST, Last Qt. Moon - I was on the phone with Darla and heard gurgling noises. We hung up & redialed thinking it was the connection and it happened again. After we hung up I walked into the hallway where the door to the kitchen open & slamed shut right in front of me very fast three times.

M EST, Full Moon - My husband hears me yelling his name. He comes into the hallway and I am nowhere around. As he returns to the living room, the living room door slams in his face.Saturday, June 27, 2009 10:45 PM EST, New Moon - I was laying on my husband in bed talking and heard a tapping noise on the glass of our second story window. It sounded similar to someone tapping loudly with a key. I had on a night light and just a minute or two later we see a LONG THICK shadow that blacked out the night light come in go down towards the floor, then towards the ceiling, back towards the floor, and then vanished into the ceiling. We could both see it. It was a very different shadow ghost. The room turned sooooo cold during this as well. My husband got up turned on the light, checked the window and such and found nothing. He went on to the shower. While he was in the shower I was on the phone and once again heard the tapping, but no shadow. |

We go downstairs and 3 of our kitchen chairs are on top of the kitchen table. They were not there earlier, they were under the table. We have no clue as to how that happened, or what caused the noise.
Good Friday, April 10, 2009, Full Moon - I had went out earlier that night with some of the gals from Eastern Paranormal. We had went to Hells Kitchen, in Wilmington, NC, out shooting in downtown Wilmington, and just having an over all good time. When I walked through the door at the house I heard several people talking. I walked into the living room and my husband had fallen a sleep cat napping on the couch waiting on me and was the only person home. The TV was off. I bent over to kiss him sleeping and felt someone put there hand on my shoulder and echo in a woman's voice "Teresa, Teresa, Teresa." I spun around and seen like a ecto mist floating midways in the floor. It wasn't anyone I recognized. I then did an exercise I do to shut myself down psychically. I imagined the whitest cloak at my feet I pull it over me and over my head. I call it my "Christ Consciousness Cloak." When I opened my eyes my husband was reaching for me saying, "Honey is it cold in here, or is it just me?" The mist was gone. I then took my camera out and shot the picture above. I believe this activity is connected to the activity below on the 17th.
Friday, April 17, 2009 Midnightish, Last Qt. Moon - I had went to bed early with a horrible headache. It was so bad my eyes were tearing from it. My husband stayed up watching TV. I had a HORRIBLE nightmare. So SCARY I will not even put it in this blog. I woke up in the nightmare telling myself, "This is just a dream, wake yourself up," over and over. All of a sudden I raise up in my bed gasping for breath and I hear the WORST LOUDEST SCREAMING & a sonic sounding boom ringing through the house. I jump out of the bed heading for the door and my husband comes running up the stairs calling my name and meets me at the door. He says, "OMG, what was that? It scared me so bad I thought something had happened to you." We both heard a scream like no other, and a boom that shook our entire house. It sounded like something had landed on my roof above me in the room I was sleeping in. On Monday, April 20, 2009 I was contacted about an old demonic case I had worked and closed out last year. The nightmare now makes sense and was connected to that case....
Monday, April 27, 2009 - After some bizarre activity from the case I mention above I decide to do a house blessing on our home. Things have now been pretty quiet for the last couple of weeks other than the usual foot steps, door slamming here and there, but that's the norm here.......What I wrote about on 2nd, 10th, and 17th I believe were related to the prior case which was down right scary and bizarre.

Wednesday, January 21, 2009, Last Quarter Moon 10:30 PM EST - I was coming to the top of the stairs when my bathroom, master bedroom, and guest bedroom doors all slammed shut at once. It was cold here, no window's were open for air to have caused it.
Wednesday, January 28, 2009, New Moon 8:AM EST - I came downstairs and Pandy was sitting in the kitchen wagging her tail holding her paw up in the mid-air as if someone was shaking hands with her. It was so cold at that moment I could see my breath, then it stopped.

Moon: I was standing at the entrance of our laundry room talking to my mom on the phone about Christmas plans when a large plume of white stringy cloud like plasma just floats past me into the hallway.Sunday, January 11, 2009, Full Moon @ Day Break: I had awaken for what reason at that ungodly a few minutes earlier. I was laying their telling myself all the reason's I should snuggle down on my husband and go back to sleep when suddenly I hear 8 very loud taps. They sounded like someone tapping on either a window with a key very hard or our tile in the kitchen. The dogs did not bark.

Well it goes for several minutes and he comes into parlor and says, "You gotta come see this." I go into the parlor and the blender is going by itself with nothing in it, as is the coffee pot. |

Tuesday, December 2, 2008 Crescent Moon Jupiter & Venus Alinment - Several Eastern Paranormal members and I decided to go out shooting during the Crescent moon on December 1, 2008. A couple of us got some interesting pictures. I took over 100 pictures that night and this one caught my attention. You will see the picture, the negative veiw, and then the negative cropped.
   Friday, December 12 -15, 2008 - We had a good bit of activity while putting up the Christmas trees and such. Sunday night I was on the phone with a nun when a religious candle I had hit the floor and came rolling towards me on the phone. Below is a few of the EVP captures (Click On The Underlined Highlighted Blue Words): 1. Do you celebrate Christmas? "Yes"

Thursday, November 13, 2008 @ 2:AM EST On A Full Moon: My husband and I are awaken to slow purposeful stomping up our stairs toward our bedroom. It was as if they were dragging one leg. We slung the bedroom door open and no one was there.
Monday, November 24, 2008 @ 3:30 PM EST On A Last Qt. Moon: I had cooked an early Thanksgiving meal as we would be gone to my mother's for Thanksgiving. Jamie, me, and Fred heard voices at a distance, we first knocked it off as neighbors. It then got much louder as if in the hallway or parlor. Jamie got up and checked the hallway and parlor and found nothing. It happened again, but we noticed it sounded like an old time radio. It's really hard to describe.
Then at 10 MISH that night I heard one of those old time dial phones REALLY LOUD outside of my shower door. My husband yelled upstairs to see what it was. You could even hear the click, click, click, from the dial.....**Steve reminded me of something I forgot to add to this blog a while back. We had went to Asheville, NC to work on a rather "Intense" case I am still working on in October. Anycow, while doing our review (Fred, Steve, and Me) kept hearing big band and swing music coming through my new dolby digital JVC recorder. Steve had stayed the night here at my home. We couldn't figure out what or how it was happening. When we replayed it later it wasn't there. Several times we have heard big band music in the house over the years.**
Saturday, November 29, 2008 @ Midnightish On A New Moon: I kept feeling an electrical charge feeling in the air, my hair kept raising up. I was exhausted from the trip but took a few minutes to try for some EVP's to see who was around. I only recorded for a little over four minutes. I picked up what sounds like a young boy giving my nickname given to me that my husband and occasionally my son calls me (Pookie).

M: Upstairs and downstairs TV's turn on at the same time. The upstairs TV has no remote, or cable box hooked to it. Both TV's were turned to channel 33.Wednesday, September 10, 2008 First Qt. Moon, 9:AM: I am home alone and hear loud whispering like voices outside my parlor door. I open it and then hear them in the kitchen. No one was there.
Thursday, October 9, 2008 First Qt. Moon, Midnight: My husband and I are awaken to a Halloween decoration going off we thought was broken. We get up, remove the batteries. A little after 1:AM it went off again over and over. He sat it out on the front porch. It hasn't went off since.
Thursday, October 30, 2008 New Moon, 12:Noon: Dogs are in the hallway barking like crazy looking at their feeder. I look down and the bowl has a circle in it showing the bottom and the food is moving as if something was eating it. It was a warm day, but turned bitter cold for about a minute. I had a thermometer on my piano in the parlor I grabbed it and the temp was 34* for a few seconds and then jumped to 70*.

I was the only one home and the dogs were outside in the backyard playing. |

| Haunted Doll |
| This is an antique composition doll that was purchased years ago from the location below along with a set of crystal vases. We have done a series of EVP taping and filming on the objects to see if inanimate objects can or cannot be haunted: http://www.easternparanormal.com/Haunted_WWII_Camp_Davis_Hea.html Truthfully one wonders is it the items that are haunted? Or is it a spirit simply fascinated with the items or the research you are doing at the time? This was our third time taping this doll at night. You see a good bit of movement 30 seconds or so into the tape to the hand to your left almost as if someone is just shaking it as a child would shake a dolls hand it is playing with, which again makes me wonder is the doll haunted, or is there just an attraction to older dolls with deceased children/people from that time period? This was our first time filming on night shot with this new camera (The other two times we filmed it was on 8mm) so the quality is not the best, I started not to post it, but I thought why not and let folks decide on their own...... |

There is no number displayed just this on the Caller ID ---------- . We have decided to take the phone out of our room for now. We are unsure if this is paranormal or not, but it is annoying......and I decided to list it since it has happened more than once at this hour and this was the first day of Passover.
Tuesday, April 22, 2008 - I was currently working on several cases that were just simple haunting activity when I was contacted by a couple that I had consulted on their case in Ohio with reports of more activity of the Demonic nature. Please scroll down to my post around the same time this year at 4/2/07. I referred them back over to the demonologist we are using.
Thursday, April 24, 2008 @ 11:03 PM, Full Moon - We had went to bed early to prepare for a trip we had to leave for early in the morning. We were awaken to the dogs barking like crazy and stomping on our stairs. I yell for my son forgetting he had just moved in with his girlfriend. There was no one there. Of course this leads to another entire house search in the middle of the night.

 June 6, 2008 New Moon The Negative  June 6, 2008 New Moon The Orig. Friday, June 6, 2008 @ 10:AM EST New Moon - I am home alone and hear a woman's voice in the living room. Later that day I smell roses really strong in there. So I decided to experiment with a new camera I have. The dates are wrong on the picture as I hadn't set the date yet on the camera, but if you look to the upper right corner you will see like a ecto mist coming out of the first picture. It showed up in the negative as well. The second picture was taken later that night. It is a "Gray Ghost Picture." I have thrown away tons of gray ghost pictures over the years because they often leave room for matrixing. However, this one was unique in where the child's tongue should be it's fire red. Very odd........It shows up very well in the negative. It is in the parlor area of our home. So I decided to share it. Decide for yourself on it.

M EST, First Qt. Moon - I am on the phone furious with my son over Fathers Day. Just as I hang up my husband walks in and two lights over head blow up and our fairly new convection oven blows up and it wasn't even on. Was this a coincidence? Was this kinetic energy where I was furious with my son? It's hard to say, but my mom and husband think so.......Thursday, June 19, 2008 @ Midnight, Full Moon - Dogs drive us nuts as there were a couple loud bangs on our front door which is almost impossible to get to because of the locked gates to get to it. We check, and no one is there. |

| Memorial Night EVP |
 Memorial night (5/26/08) I kept feeling someone around me that I couldn't identify. So I decided to ask a few questions and see who I would pick up. Right as I was turning on my recorder I seen a stringy white ecto mist coming up my feet. In my mind I was wondering, "What or who is that?" I didn't ask it out loud, but I got a response anyhow. It said, "Soul." As to say what I was seeing was a soul.......... Click HERE to listen.
F.Y.I.: On another note I haven't persuaded my husband yet to do the live ghost cams on the house yet, but he has agreed to let me set some up around the house offline and if anything is captured to share it. The only thing is me finding the time to go through the tapes. | Eclipsing Moon & Paranormal Activity Connection? Or not? |
    The house has been very active this past week. Could it be Lent? The eclipse? The construction of a new privacy fence for the dogs started this past week? That I have been home sick with the worst case of flu I have ever had? The fact that our grown son who hasn't really lived at home in 5 years as of this month is divorcing and moving back home to go to school? Or a combination of all of the above? Whose to say....but I thought I would list the documented activity. I am also posting some orb pictures from the night of the eclipse we got around the house, and some pictures of the fencing project. Thursday, February 19, 2008 2:30ish Approaching Full Moon - I was recording an interview with a MegaMillions winner on "The Law Of Attraction," when twice something slowly starts moving his microphone. If you listen to the interview you will hear him fading and thumping noises as I am trying to place it back and it pulls it away for a second time. Later that night Buster through a wild fit and busted out one of our front porch windows.

M Night Of The Eclipse - I hear boots walking back and forth behind me on the porch, the dogs go wild barking. No one is there. I then come into the parlor and see an ecto-mist shoot up from the piano area into the ceiling.Later that night (Right after the eclipse) I feel the flu coming on but go on and take some eclipse pictures after my show. We then set up two recorders on our new EVP chamber box. I ask a series of questions. When we go over both tapes you can hear background noise, but no voice. Not on either tape.
**** The last orb picture the one with the black background. My husband swears he sees one of our deceased dogs in it. What do you see?**** Sunday, February 24, 2008 10:30 PM - I am stepping into the shower feeling about dead with the flu and I plainly hear children laughing behind me and an echo noise. A few minutes later laying in bed my husband and I both as plain as day see two bright blue small orbs floating over our bed. They hang around for a few minutes and leave by zipping into the wall over the bed.  |

| Our First Ghost Box Audio & A Ghost Dog |
 I have built a "Ghost Box Hack," for Eastern Paranormal and have another model on the way. I have only used it once, as I have been traveling a lot this past week. The "Ghost Box," is supposed to give "Real Time" or "Live One On One" communication with the other side for the average person. Here is the audio from my first communication; "Can you hear me? Yes I can hear you." <------Click there. We will be conducting a series of experiments with these this year, so stay tuned for that. Tomorrow I will be spending the afternoon with some of EP's associates getting our aura pictures taken and lunch. Friday, January 18, 2008 6:30 AM EST 1st. Qt. Moon - My husband had just left for work. I went to open the living room door and I could feel pressure on it from the other side. It felt heavy on the bottom of the door. I recognize this pressure from my dogs over the years laying against the door. The only thing was, both of my dogs were beside of me. When I got the door open Busters pet bed was jammed under the door. Now this should be physically impossible since the door was shut when we went to bed and his bed was across the room by the couch. Monday, December 31, 2007 New Years Eve - The last few weeks have been hectic here in our household. We took a family trip. The day we returned home (New Years Eve) my husbands grandmother passed. That night at exactly 12:01 Midnight our phone rang when I answered it, it was a high pitched whistling voice. It made the hair raise on my arms and neck. I new immediately it was spirit.

As we laid in bed he ask a series of questions, the house was as quiet as a mouse. We got several high pitched whistling squeals. M EST New Moon - I am on the floor stretching. Our dogs are in their crates down for time out. I see the shadow of a much smaller dog run across the room. Friday, January 11, 2008 10 M EST New Moon - I am laying down doing a new moon meditation and the house fills with the smell of fruit. My husband comes in and disturbs my meditation to ask about the strong fruit smell about the house. I believe this was one of my deceased family members that has been deceased since I was a teen filling the house full of this smell while I was in a medium meditation. I had felt him around earlier. I decided to ask that family member to step forward via EVP, but instead I picked up what I believe is one of my guides saying, "Why are you talking to those people." <--=Click there to hear.We are getting ready to build a "Ghost Box" at Eastern Paranormal.  Sunday, December 16, 2007 First Quarter Moon Midnightish - I have a family member that passed a few days prior. I speak with a veteran in paranormal research of many years about a project we are working on. He encourages me to do more personal EVP work. As most I do is for others, or research (Not myself). I decided to attempt to make contact for my existing family members and got an amazing EVP. At this time I will not be publishing it because it states several of my families members full names. They are still in mourning. However, several of you that read this blog know what I am referencing as I allowed you to analyze the EVP for me for a second and third opinion.

M EST - I am home alone preparing for an EVP session when very loudly I hear someone pacing behind me on my front porch in boots. My dogs go insane barking. So I step outside and find nothing. Later that night at 9:47 PM the dogs go to barking loudly while I am on the telephone with my sister-in-law, I assume it's my husband and son coming home from the movies. The dogs keep barking I can hear the door knob twisting so I go into the kitchen to open the door with her on the phone. She too can hear the dogs and door shaking through the phone. When I reach about 12 feet from the door the knob quits twisting. There wasn't a soul at my door. My son and husband went Christmas shopping after the movie and didn't get home until much later. Later that night my husband informs me he heard pacing on the front porch as well a few nights before.Tuesday, December 25, 2007 Full Moon Christmas Night 5:30 PM - I have been cooking for hours preparing for Christmas with my side of the family and some friends. Suddenly I get bitter cold and I feel someone hugging me and smelling my hair. I am pretty sure it is the person from this EVP (I loved her). <----Click there to hear the EVP. Later when my family is here I stay so cold, which isn't normal when I cook so much. I am usually very hot. When taking a family picture I ask that whoever was with me that night to please show up and the picture above with the bright orb is what we got. For those of you who don't know me I am the one hugging my devilish nephew standing between my brother and husband. Shan swears everytime she is at my home something "Messes" with her in her words. We were all ribbing her about it (The meowing cat and whatnot), I then said, "Would all the family please show up around Shan," and the picture below is what we got. Of course she freaked out. She is now refusing to house sit for me next week :....(

We were all sound a sleep and then at 1M EST exactly (My cable box showing the time was in front of us) I am awaken to very loud boot walking coming from upstairs. The dogs look up puzzeled. I go upstairs and as usual nothing is there. |

Moon: I am awaken by the dogs throwing a horrible fit downstairs. I get up to check on them and when I reach for the door knob I hear a mans voice say, "I aint going to," and it sounded like it was on the other side of my bedroom door. I woke my husband up. We searched the entire house from top to bottom and found nothing.

| Halloween Party Activity |
 We threw a Halloween party for Eastern Paranormal. On Saturday night October 27th one of our guest seen a long white stand of plasma sweep behind them while looking at themselves in the bathroom mirror.One of our guest who stayed overnight awoke that morning Sunday, October 28, 2007 to piano playing. M EST Buster takes a wild fit barking and snapping into the air with nothing around. Monday, October 8, 2007 During the last quarter moon I am contacted on a case that the homeowner believes his home has a demonic influence. He sends me EVP's and film as evidence he has collected. When playing his EVP's the dogs go nuts.
Monday, October 15, 2007 During a new moon I am on a three way late night conference call with a demonologist I will refer to as "Sister," because she is a nun. I am referring the homeowner to her and the church. As things are wrapping up we hear a gurgle sound on the phone. Then once the other party hangs up Sister and I are speaking and all phones go dead in my home. I call her on my cell then my parlor door shuts and opens in front of me. She and I are still on the phone and we hear a loud bang from under my house. The room got bitter cold. I pulled out my thermometer and it read 52 for about 2 minutes and then went up to *70.

 I would like to thank StormKloud for this awesome graphic along with the others she has made me. She is an AWSOME artist. My Nemesis said years ago, "It's as if the house awakens from a deep slumber every October." That is true. We are unsure as to why. There are many theories as to why activity picks up in the fall and winter, and I will write just on those at some point. However, I am swamped with work and the house has been very active. I have done my best to jot down the major things I really cannot explain in my daily planner and will list them below.
Several of you wrote me about the Ouija experiment. I am glad you enjoyed it. On October 10, 2007, Michelle and I will be doing a show on the board playing EVP's we got from it and we got a good many.
Anycow, a few weeks ago I kept getting the name Karen coming to mind. Then I got her on EVP. I suspect she was my woooowooo ghost which happened again yesterday. Anyway she showed up on the Ouija EVP's too. I will place them below the activity list for you to listen to.

Full Moon-Tuesday, September 25, 2007, 5:AM I am awaken to a loud "Meoowwwww." But it sounded like a person impersonating a cat to my dogs. They started barking. I got up and checked them out and went back to bed. I was laying there just a few minutes and then heard a loud whistle that even woke my husband up. We got up and searched the house and found nothing.
Full Moon-Wed., September 26, 2007 - Ouija experiment. Everything went well. We got a good many EVP's.
No cursing EVP's, no knocking, no cold spots, no lights flickering, no nightmares, no boards chasing us all over the house. It was actually a very positive experience. Especially for my team member Mindy.

M - This may or not be paranormal, but it's odd. I went for a quick trip to the grocery store about five miles away to pick up some milk. Right after I left my husband heard three loud bangs on the living room door. He didn't answer as he thought it was me playing with him. When I came home I was welcomed to our dogs out in the middle of the street and our back door wide opened. I was furious. As we live on a busy road. I went into the living room and there was my husband with the door closed half a sleep in front of the TV. I roared at him about the dogs, we swore he didn't let them out and told me about the knocking. He then searched the house from top to bottom. Neither of us can figure out how the dogs got out of a locked house, as I locked the door when I left. He surmised somehow the dogs got the door unlocked and opened. Then that whoever we hear playing with dogs from time to time knocked on the door trying to get his attention. That's a far stretch for me, but I thought I would note it anyway.Last Quarter Moon - October 1, 2007 All day. All day long I hear walking, in different ends of the house. The Halloween things went off so much I cut them off. One still went off, so I removed the batteries and said, "Now if you go off will really be something." I turned my back and walked halfway down the hallway and I heard, "Boo, Boo, Boo, If your walking down the street you better have a treat. It's Halloween Y' all Boo, Boo, Boo." I set that thing out on the front porch until my husband came home. It hasn't went off since. Mid-day I started having regular phone problems, I figured it was Time Warner so I called Darla on my cell. I picked up the Ouija we had used during the experiment and got tons of static on the phone and suddenly we could hear two men talking in an distance and laughing. She ask me if I could hear it and I said yes. The phone then went dead. I called her back we couldn't duplicate it, but after that my land lines were fine. Then later around 5
M my TV turned itself on in the living room.Last Qt. Moon - October 2, 2007 at around 2
M I am getting ready to go walking and hear a scratch at my parlor door. Buster was in his crate on time out for chasing a neighbor and Pandy was with me. I opened the door and stepped into the hallway and as clear as day we could hear a woman going, "WooooWoooooWoooo." What the heck? I have apparently picked up someone with a weird since of humor, or a retarded ghost. Pandy looked confused and then started barking like crazy. I looked at Pandy and said out loud, "You have got to be kidding." I then went for my walk and things were quiet last night.Finally, here is the two Karen EVP's I have gotten at different times.

| Eastern Paranormal's Ouija Board Experiment Live On The Air In Our Haunted House! |
 On Wednesday, September 19, 2007 around 7:AM during the first quarter moon I was working on project for our deceased pets Bear and Piggy when the dogs went wild at the other end of the house barking. I went to see what was going on and seen a really bright round like orb. On Friday, September 21, 2007 while watching TV my husband and I were lying on the couch together when we seen what appeared to be a shadow block out the light on one side of the room and zip above us into the ceiling.
Below is the press release for this Wednesday's radio show. On our end the Ouija board experiment will be conducted here at our home. Does the Ouija board simply work off of ones subconscious mind? Is it a portal to the realms of the unknown? Or is it simply a board game? These questions have been pondered by believer and skeptic alike for years.
After only a little over a year of manufacturing Charles Kennard handed over his control of the manufacturing of the Ouija board to the Ouija Novelty Company. Then in 1901 one William Fuld was appointed over the production of the Ouija board. In 1919 the Ouija Novelty Company turned over the patent rights to Fuld who became the most successful Ouija manufacturer of his time placing his name forevermore down in history as the father of the modern Ouija board.
For a quarter of a century William Fuld oversaw every aspect of the manufacturing of the Ouija board. In February 1927, while on the roof of his factory supervising the replacement of a flagpole Fuld fell to his death. Fuld's children took over the manufacturing of the Ouija board until 1966, when they sold all trademarks and patent rights to Parker Brothers.
Wednesday, September 26, 2007, on Eastern Paranormal's radio show "A Glimpse Through The Veil With Gabreael," Gabreael and two other Eastern Paranormal members will be conducting a live on the air Ouija board experiment from one location while Associate Member Michelle Ruble is in another undisclosed geographical location participating in the experiment with her associates hundreds of miles away.
Gabreael and Michelle will be asking the teams the same questions and record the answers unknown to the other team members to compare the answers.

| Ghostly Piano Playing & Some Thoughts On Ghost From The Past |
 Things have been pretty quiet around here the last few weeks until last night. Last night was 9/12/07 and a full moon. It was around 11:20 PM EST I started drifting to sleep and I could hear a piano in a far distance playing, it sounded almost like someone taking piano lessons as it was very chopped up sounding. I rolled over and ask my Nemesis if he could hear it and he could too, but very faintly. Then it stopped. We then heard footsteps on our stairs so we got up and searched the whole downstairs to find nothing. Earlier that evening while I was in the tub Buster took a wild barking and howling fit. The strange thing is Buster is a very quiet dog, he rarely ever barks and has never howled like that before. He was simply sitting in the middle of the kitchen howling. It was just the oddest thing.... My husband went outside and checked the grounds, but nothing was to be found.....
We have done two investigations the last two weekends and I am kapooted. So this weekend I am going for a long weekend to the beach. I will be leaving my son here to watch the house and perhaps his wife. His wife has a hard time staying here. She stayed with us when he first got out of the service and she swears that only when she was home alone would things happen. The one thing we all tease her about is a stuffed cat. My dogs have a stuffed animal cat that meows only when you push it's ear, and then only half the time. We call it "Baby Kitty," and the dogs hate it, so we keep it put up on a hutch in the dining room. Anyway, she swears that a couple of times when she was home alone the cat started meowing at her. She now walks very fast through the dining room as if too avoid it. So my son and husband and other EP members tease her from time to time going "Meoooooowwwww." She went on an investigation with us last week and before the investigation she calls me and says, "No damn meooooowwing. That damn cat traumatized me, it was like it stalked me only when I was alone." I said fair enough and put my foot down on their teasing of her.
I haven't wrote or talked a lot about my different family members experiences in the house. We have several family ones from each side of the family. My husbands sister has refused to come back here and sleep since her last visit four years ago. One of my aunts that same year swore she awoke to a blonde man standing by her bed beckoning for her. She woke my mother up screaming. Mom seen nothing.
Then a couple of years later my husbands aunt and mother were visiting unaware of my aunts story, as we had not told anyone and his aunt came downstairs the next morning swearing some man woke her up pulling on her foot. She said she thought it was my husband and went to yelling at him and focused in and seen it was a long haired blonde man (My husband shaves his head). She screamed, woke my mother-in-law and the man vanished. My mother-in-law seen nothing. Then there is my brothers experience. He says you couldn't pay him one million dollars to stay here alone........
I could sit here all night and writing on their different experiences, but that's for another time...... Those were just a couple that I found really odd.........

| An EVP |
 Tuesday, August 28, 2007, it was a first quarter moon and I was laying on my couch in a meditation around 11:AM EST, when I kept hearing someone walking above me upstairs. Which broke my concentration. So I whipped out my recorder for ten minutes and got two EVP's. This one you will hear me ask "Is there anything I can do to help you over there?" Then you hear the reply, "No." Click here to hear the EVP. Some of you have written me asking about earthbound souls, so here are my thoughts on the subject. Some can be crossed over by talking with them and prayer, some cannot. Some it is because they refuse to go because they are attached to family members here, or a home they loved, others are on the run as they suffer from addiction issues such as alcoholism, drugs, ....and they don't want to let go of that, others are afraid of what they will face as they believe in an all consuming Hell and are afraid to cross no matter how much you reassure them, and then finally there are those I believe are earthbound on purpose. I find that often these spirits are confined to a certain area such as a home, piece of land, town, and in extreme cases objects. This serves almost as a type of purgatory for these people for X amount of time. It can be for many reasons, to think about their actions, to see the results of their deeds, .....the list goes on and on. At least these are my beliefs on the subject at this time.........

This week started the new moon cycle, last night started the first quarter cycle. I firmly believe there is often a link to paranormal activity and the moon cycles. Last week we heard some foot steps and I seen a mist (Plasma) on my stairwell. I also had one very strange dream/nightmare involving three deceased children in white cotton gowns. It took me a couple of days to shake off that nightmare.
What separates me from an average haunted homeowner is that I am a psychic researcher and run Eastern Paranormal www.easternparanormal.com . Starting in August through the first of the year EP runs a series of experiments every year. Last night began that.
Last night I charged my house for one hour with white noise.

| Paranormal Activity & An EVP |
 7/30/07 - 6:AM We awake to the really strong smell of pipe smoke throughout the home. Only my husband and I were home, and neither of us smoke anything.
8/03/07 12:30 AM (After Midnight) - I was in the tub soaking my back that is still giving me trouble with my usual audience that includes my husband (AKA The Nemesis), Pandy, and Buster. My husband was tormenting me with a crossword puzzle when at exactly 12:30 AM we heard what almost sounded like a comical ghost. It sounded like "Whoooohoooo, Whooohoooo, Whoooohooo." The dogs ears went up and they went insane barking. The sound appeared to be coming either from the hallway in front of the living room or the living room itself. He come back to my tub scratching his head as he found nothing. We both started laughing as it really sounded like someone faking trying to be a ghost. We then went to bed around 3:AM.
8/04/07 11:AM - I was on the telephone with Darla and suddenly a spoon flipped off of my corner table onto the floor. No one else was in the room. There was no explanation for it. That reminded me of the night before so I started telling Darla about the "Whoooohoooo, Whooohoooo, Whoooohooo." When I started telling her the phone bombarded me with static. Darla swore she could hear someone pushing buttons. So she ask me to mimic the ghost again, I did and the static happened on my end again and button pushing on her end. We then tried asking a series of questions asking it to beep the phone once for yes, and twice for no. It worked a couple of times, but then stopped. I would hear static, her beeps. I then seen a thin stringy angel hair looking substance on the table in front of the window where the other phone was. I then heard scratching under my couch, I flipped it over and looked under it and seen nothing. All activity then stopped.
We had done a pretty intense investigation the weekend before which again collates with activity in my home. I have an entire file of EVP's just from this one investigation. Which is pretty unusual. In the EVP you will hear my son and husband were with me doting over me like two old hens. They were very worried about my back as I had went up some very steep steps and they were both fussing about me as I was holding my side as my back was REALLY hurting, but I didn't want them to know. So you will hear me say on the EVP "Hi my name is Gabreael I am a medium. Do you have anything to say to me or anything to ask me? You then hear the man say "How do you stand?" Which no doubt was in reference to the intense pain I was in at that moment from my sciatic nerve. Here is the EVP: How do you stand? |
